Cancellation Policy & Credit Card on File At James Olin Salon, we’ve updated our cancellation policy to best serve our clients and staff. To ensure fairness to our stylists, reserved online appointments (and some color/texture services) require a credit card on file, we require all cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fees: Haircuts: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service price. Color & Straightening Services: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service price. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: You will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
